What we collect

• Info you give us. Your name, business name, and phone number when you fill out our form or book a call, plus anything you send us by email.
• Demo calls. When you call our demo line or talk to Riley on this site, the call is recorded and transcribed so the AI can respond and so we can improve it. Please don't share sensitive personal information on a demo call.
• Basic website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical info such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To contact you about our service and schedule calls.
• To set up, run, and improve our AI receptionist service.
• To keep basic business records.

Who we share it with

• We don't sell your information.
• We only share it with the companies that help us run the business, like our website host, scheduling tool, email provider, payment processor, and the voice AI and phone providers that power Riley. They only use it to provide their services to us.
• We may share information if the law requires it.

Calls we answer for our clients

• When we run an AI receptionist for a business, calls to that business are handled on its behalf. Those calls may be recorded and transcribed so appointments get booked correctly and the business can review them.

How long we keep it

• We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it.
